The only thing he's meant to be decent at getting his head on the ball, and he couldn't even do that! for there second, its showed how much of a difference Kitchen has made today it was evident. I think Baptiste should be in pecking order before Mcguiness, we should get him sold in jan, hes too much of a calamity, i would rather have Robbo
I was going to give this a like until the last word. Steady on.

Preston’s second goal was more on Tanganga than McGuiness from me.. charged out didn’t get the ball left McG 2 on 1
That's how I saw it. I haven't made much mention of it tbh but I think Tanganga is a liability. He's your typical mid-table level CB where he can have the odd blinder but overall just an average footballer with regular brain fart moments.

I'd sign Kitchen and replace Tanganga.

Both made mistakes for the goal, but don't think we're going to be getting a better third choice CB given our financial situation any time soon.
Considering his size (6/3) he gets bullied quite easily ! Preston had no real height or aggression up front yet he is too easily bullied,Wilder knows this and would sell him I'm sure if a decent offer came in.
He was showing signs of a different attitude earlier this season as he knows his next stop is 1st division if he can't do it here.
Showed his weaknesses last night against average strikers who he should have bullied! Not the other way round.
How can you be disappointed with an away win? I was ! as the ruthlessness was missing only Peck showed that side to his game.
They were there for the taking in the 2nd half and we nearly messed it up.
Wilder has done well with what hes got really so no criticism of him,he can see where we are short and to get to 9th as it stands is excellent.
Baffled though as he continues playing a really weak right wing pair, when we play the teams near the top after the break! hopefully we will be stronger as these teams will tear us a new one with the weaknesses we show down that flank.Wilder has to remedy that quickly.

McGuiness athletically reminds me of Grbic. Both tall but absolutely no athletisism at all. Neither can jump and when they try to jump they get inches off the floor. On the opposite end of the scale McAllum is like an Olympic high jumper and Id back him over McGuiness any day to win a heading duel despite being way smaller

Surely our backroom staff can work on this. There's all kind of plyometric exercises you can do to help increase vertical leap. If McGuiness did this he'd be serviceable but at the minute its pointless playing a tall centre back who cant win headers and turns like an oil tanker

He's a horrible defender. His height gives him no advantage at all 🤣 it's impressive
