Since the break there is a clear improvement noted in application by the team. Harder working, more strong in defence in 2 games of 3, and two wins that ought to have been 3.
Acknowledge this improvement and cheer Jordan ,Ben, and the lads along every inch of the way. We cannot know how much work Chris has put in these recent weeks. A lot I'd say.
Somehow the team are working better and it's down to Wilder. See it.
Say it.
He's sorted it.
⚽️ 🥅 ⚽️ 6 goals. Three matches. Two 🏆 wins.
Great performance by Mark McGuinness.
Gerrin Arblaster...gooooooooooooaallllll. ⚽️

We've definitely improved in the last 3 games. Portsmouth we were unfortunate with the red but showed something by levelling.

Today, we showed spirit again and got what we deserved. Good substitutions too.

Can't help but think we look better when Tanganga isn't at CB.

More energy about us since the break. Unlucky mid week not to get a point but we grafted to get ourselves back into that match with ten men.

Grafted again today but showed our quality for a change.

Just some little changes

Every single player played their part, the moaners and Wilder outers will be so depressed.

Phillips and Kitchin were outstanding, Donovan was like Ndiaye.

WE controlled the first half and didn't look too uncomfortable in second.

Ayew/ Blaster/BBD/McGuiness/ Cannon refused to listen to the bollox and all played well.

And finally well done Wilder that was fantastic.

Still want Wilder sacked. Dinosaur. Wasted money on crap like Bamford, Kitching, BBD, Phillips when we should be signing young foreign players from abroad and league One; the money is there, Wilder's just a puppet for this board and wants to sign his pals for drinking games as they get the culture of the club.

In a way disappointed we've won, as he stays in a job now for longer.

BBD is still a bit of a dud at the moment.

I like Kitchen though. Aggressive and can play.

Will you still be saying this when we're top 4?

We just need to fall on a system like we did a gillingham that time. I dint think we are far off it but I was be losing a striker for peck in midfield and leaving the wingers high. Phillips allows blaster and peck to play football facing the right way

We still play too much hit and hope long ball shite though.
I lost count (OK 2 or 3) of the number of times we just cleared it upfield and it sailed into touch.
One moment today summed up where we're at currently.
First minute of the second half, the ball is in the air just inside our half, and instead of blasting it hopelessly up field, Phillips with little time or room heads a subtle sideways pass to Arblaster who, with more space and time then Phillips blasts it hopelessly up field.
Every week when I play I constantly hear players being told to 'Take your fucking time' or 'Bring it under' or 'Easy ball'. It's frustrating as a 60-odd year old vets player never mind watching professional footballers not doing it!!
No wonder other team's supporters say we are crap. Effective maybe, but my goodness, we're awful to watch.

I don’t think most of the Wilder outlets will be upset. A few yes but most are blades fans first and foremost. I say it to the extremists at both ends, why bring it up on match day? Enjoy the moment and keep the criticism for more sensible occasions.

I can assure you I'm not depressed.
At the end off the day United come first (isn't that what every Blade wants) no way would I want United too lose just so I can come on here and moan about Wilder.
The old saying goes one swallow dosent make a summer, but a good 3 points today. I look forward too Derby next Saturday, hopefully the football won't send me to sleep like the first half did against Lincoln.

Yes I mainly agree, but 1000% there are a couple on here who are happier when we lose especially a bloke that is 6 years short of 60.

That's good BB I thought it was a pretty comfortable win.

Can't say that with impunity on here - about 50% want him gone and replaced with?
And according to some that poll is representative of all our fans.
Lol.

It's going to be exhausting having a referendum on Wilder every game. He's almost certainly going to be here for the season, we will likely finish mid table at best, some fans will think we can do better and some fans will think he's the best man for the job. Unless we get involved in a serious promotion or relegation battle, people aren't going to change their opinions on him. It will just be fans feeling they've been proven right after every victory or defeat
