Think I've managed to sort it.. but it means leaving 2hrs early which they're not happy about... but as I explained - I didn't know it was going to change before I bought my ticket, it's not me that's changed it so what do they want me to do? Can't let a £30 (or whatever) ticket go to waste as they can't be refunded and once it's in your name you can't transfer it.. (/me whistles innocently )
