Egan out suspended, Sharp and Bash out ( probably weeks), Baldock not on the bench yesterday. One of the few times this season we're missing players in numbers.
Henderson
Cranie-Stearman-O'Connell
Freeman/Baldock.Norwood-Fleck-Stevens
Duffy
Madine McGoldrick
Hogan,Coutts,Lundstram,Dowell,Moore,Freeman/Baldock,Washington

We'll have to be careful with having to put a weakened team out.
Let's see if we can get in the lead and then hold on like buggery

If Hoguian doesn’t start, that’s me done for this season.

I’ve found the last four games mentally & physically damaging. The whole thing is affecting my sex life.

I posted on another thread that we looked at our best as a diamond on Saturday, with McG at the tip, Fleck left, Duffy right and Norwood at the base. Whilst I don't expect Wilder to panic and change the tried and tested personally I would consider going with that again to make use of the our best creative players.

A back four of Baldock, Stears, JOC and Stevens.
Midfield as above
Madine and Hogan up top.

All this is based on Sharp and Bash being out of course.

Bench : Moore, Cranie, Freeman, Dowell, Lunny, Coutts, Washington - not an awful lot to change a game on there but we are where we are sadly.

tha’s not changed Nic :D
i’d imagine you’d be too circumspect to stick it in!
(just kidding)

Henderson
Cranie Stearman O'Connell
Baldock Norwood Fleck Stevens
Dowell
Madine McGoldrick

Subs: Moore, Freeman, Lundstram, Coutts, Johnson, Duffy, Hogan
Before yesterday you have been saying Coutts should start?

No worries about Stearman after his last appearance and Cranie is a safe if less creative replacement for Bash. Perhaps bringing in players who are capable and a bit less tired might rejuvenate us for the final push.

Wouldn’t say it’s a makeshift 11. Cranie is more than capable to fill in for bash. Stearman always does a job. And I’d probably start madine and didsy up top anyway

Madine & Hogan will play centre backs,Cranie in up front for Sharp. Thats what Wilder will do anyway.

If they're injured & suspended, i'd go like this:
Dean
Cranie - Stearman - JOC
Freeman - Norwood - Fleck - Stevens
Dowell/Goldy
Madine - Goldy/Hogan

Dean
Cranie - Stearman - JOC
Freeman - Norwood - Fleck - Stevens
McG
Madiniho - Hoguaín

I also think this might be a good thing, something needs to change as we’ve been poor for the last 3 or 4 games.
