Been a while since I have thought that, against a top draw opponent and incompetent officials we overcame. A big win on TV as well.

Baldock, Billy and McG all immense and not too shabby elsewhere in the team either. We should take a huge confidence boost from that.

Oh and mardy arse Franky Lampard can do one. Face like a slapped arse at the end, like most of his team.

Onwards and upwards you beautiful Red and White wizards!!!!!!

About time some of them showed some passion.

Brilliant second half

The best performance for a good while. Baldock was superb and gave their left back all sorts of problems.

McGoldrick I have to admit was subject to criticism from me in the first half but took his goal well.

Another huge positive is the defensive display we’ve just seen... make no mistake - stopping that Derby side with the attacking players they possess (Wilson, Mount, Marriot, Huddlestone & Waghorn) is no mean feat.

Agree, McG, fat lad and Boldock brilliant. Got to mention Egan as well, absolute beast at the back. Bash doing Bash. Duffy and Norwood were a little quiet but off the ball they were absolutely brilliant. The old Fleck reared his head in parts. As a team second half though, we were top draw. McG my motm.

Goldy was fantastic today , never gave up , harried in midfiled and a cheeky under pressure cool as you like finish

Derby had the " we are awsome fuckwobbles" today. Thought that last time out counted and got punished for it.

Worth mentioning how good we were at the back. One half chance for Marriott in the first half, and wonder free kick for the goal...from one of the best attacking line ups in the division... Bash, Egan and JOC made every interception and every 50/50...

Great to see them going right to the end in the second half rather than sitting back and inviting pressure. Was questioning Wilder when he took Duff off again but eating humble (mince) pies now. Agree that Baldock was immense but we were back to overloading on both sides today and put quite a few more early crosses in. Nice to see Fleck back to closer to what we expect. And one of the biggest bonuses - the vocal support - sounded like best atmosphere of the season - makes such a huge difference. Bring on Blackburn and more of the same!

1st half we were poor, too slow, too soft, too many pointless passes

2nd half we were brilliant, toughened up, ran at them, got our crosses in, and the fans responded with great support

Overall a well deserved win and the most enjoyable 45 mins for a while.

We need to stick with the 2nd half style of football and ditch the overplaying.

The chaos they caused after the goal seemed to backfire on them. Every one of our players rose to the fight after that. Hard not to give it to one of the strikers but Baldock was a real MOTM contender for me. First player forward and the first one back. There can't be many players with a better engine.

I thought the whole team was excellent. Baldock has his best game for a long time, all three CBs were really good today but Egan was immense - won everything. I thought Duffy had a great game when you consider he was actually marking Huddlestone, who only made one decent ball all game and it was only when he went off that Duffy was subbed as he'd worked his knackers off.

Sharp was superb, really rattled Keogh (who should have been sent off) and a Goldie had a great game too. They all did.

What I liked most about today was that after half time, we really upped it, then we had a pen turned down, they scored a minute later, but the reaction from our players was superb as we just kept up the intensity and they couldn't handle it.

Just seen that, I thought they’d lost 3-0 o_O
They were. The ref somehow found 7 mins extra time when there should have been 2 mins at most according to the TV report.
Really proud of the team today for a brilliant 2nd half performance. Lampard really is a mardy arsed twat
Onwards and upwards for the mighty blades.

Yep. Second half was the best half of football we've played this season since first half v Villa?

1-0 at HT flattered us. 3-1 at FT flattered them.

Did Wilder feed the players Elev8 at half-time?

Where are these refs getting all this time added from. Norwich and weeds also benefiting from multiple minutes added on.

Derby goal after bad non pen decision raised the adrenaline in the crowd and team. Team really responded to a rocking ground. Like old times at long last. Slow patient play in possession just doesn't fire up the Lane

The farce of the backpass free-kick decision took about 2 mins by itself to resolve, same for the handbags after the equaliser. Add on the subs and other stoppages and it seemed right to me. One of the few things the officials did that I had no issue with.
