Lunny for Norway?

Reading comments on John Lundstram 's Instagram account and there seems to be a bit of a campaign by Norwegians for Lunny to play for Norway. Lundstram' s great grandad was Norwegian (is that where the Lundstram name originates from?). If I was Lundstram I'd be tempted to go for Norway as an option for an international career.

Unfortunately under Eurovision rules you can only represent your country on ancestry grounds as far as your grandparents, therefore he wouldn’t be eligible. Football of course has no restrictions. Or is it the other way around? I never can remember.
