True.Alan kelly brilliant that day.We were lucky not to get absolutely fucking hammered at Wembley to be honest
Wasn't Alan Quinn's goal in 2005 / 06 technically offs side as it hit another Blades player on the line on its way in.
Could have been disallowed.
Only one I can think of.

Been saying all week I think we're going to batter them and lose. Off the top of my head....
1. KIlgallon red card (incredibly harsh)
2. Madine blatant foul on Simmonsen (goal stands)
3. Williamson free kick (hits underside of bar and bounces on line at 0-0)
4. Fuck you Wednesday
Phil King was the defenderI still want to know how we didn't get a penalty at the Lane when Dane's shot was "saved" on the line by that pillock of a full-back's elbow. It would have been 3-0 but for his timely intervention. Should have been sent off too of course.
Sheridan and Warhurstsomebody put up a vid of Danes goal at the lane, I seem to remember two pigs running smack into each other and leaving us clean through to pick Whitehouse out... only luck I remember against them.... the rest, we worked for..
If you watch the replay (see picture here) Shipperly was behind the line when the ball was struck.
That doesn't matter. He was either 'in play' (in which case he was offside) or he was 'out of play' (in which case he re-entered the field without permission).
As he's behind the line GB, he cannot be "in play" as he's off the field. Once the ball is in the net, it's a dead ball so he doesn't need permission to re-enter the field of play until the kick off (I believe).
That's not true. From a referee: "When a player goes over the goal line or touch line, for the purpose of offside, he is on the line where he went out." http://www.asktheref.com/Soccer Rules/Question/24440/
However, I think that we can agree that Wednesday are a bunch of spawny little anti-football grubs that deserved to get stuffed by seven or eight goals on Sunday to make up for their past flukes.![]()
We had luck when Ritchie played for themAm I being biased here, cant remember us avin any luck in Derby matches ,been watching us against them since 79.
"Cuntilation" wow thats a great word and fully describes that shower of excrement !That lanky streak of piss hitting the bar at 0-0 in 1991. In hindsight it could have changed the course of the season, they were only a few points off winning the league that year. Tracey's fingertips might well have saved us from a 1/4 of a century of unbearable cuntilation.
