I know this was included in a thread somewhere but I can't find it... Anyway.. I sent an e-mail to the box office saying that I hadn't had loyalty points for Rotherham added, and whilst I was e-mailing them, could they please clarify the situation with getting loyalty points for buying items in the club shop.. this is the response:
At the minute Loyalty points are not added for Shop Purchases. This is a scheme we will be introducing in the near future, however, at the minute the card is swiped simply to identify a season ticket holder.
