There's only 1 higher u21s league now, Premier League 2 has been merged into 1 division of all 26, Cat 1 academies and the fixtures are drawn using some kind of random seeded draw (Haven't fully read how the fixtures are done).

The Professional development league still has north/south divisions.

Your point is 100% valid though, a lot of people don't seem to understand the difference between the level our u21s play at and the Championship/premier league.

Because confidence and self belief is a real thing.
He doesn’t need to uproot and leave, his home life stays exactly the same with all his support network, including our club, very close and he goes to play professional football for a season. Sounds like he’s got every chance to make it a success.

Most if not all loans have a call back clause in them.cant see Marshi being any different! Dunt mean we will activate it though if it's beneficial to see it through.when he fills out a bit ( not too much) what a player he could become.

He needs to stay at Donnie for the full season and get a second worth of men's football under his belt. It would do him the world of good. Hopefully another loan next season higher up the footballing food chain too. Then we can see exactly where he is in his development in 18 months time.
