I really don't see the problem in terms of experience.

No problem with young players coming in for the future but the side does need some experienced heads to come in.

I appreciate that we’re (currently) not looking to go for automatics but we do need to bring some experience in as well for the balance

I wouldn't be surprised if we got another winger but if the friendlies do far are anything to go by, I think Selles likes the look of One and Cannon playing on the left side of a front 3.

So he might think that Barrie, One and Cannon are enough cover and variety on the left, with Brooks and Ukaki for the other side.

He could always use Hamer and O'Hare in wider positions too.
