What the hell is up with you moaning gits?

2nd in the league.
Team achieving fantastic results.
Very, very good manager.
Great squad with v good players to come back from injury.
Excellent board that are backing the manager!!!

...and just because we don't get our targets it turns into shit storm Tuesday and the toys get tossed!

Wowzer, please get a grip and try not to undermine the positivity that Nige, the board and the team (and fans) have worked so hard to build up!

The squad imo is good enough for promotion and the loan window is about to open where I expect us to do business anyway.

So chins up lads and lasses and let's keep this promotion train rolling on.

Ps. Flynny is back and just notched the opener :D

The number of jerked knees makes me think there's been a sale on at the reflex hammer shop.

Some of us would like needs that have been evident to more or less anyone for the past (insert long time here) to be addressed properly. Just because we are second doesn't mean we shouldn't look to improve.

And the striking and defensive problems have not been adressed???
Who is certain that we won't improve with a couple of loans?

The number of people who are suddenly happy with a team that was (enter differing levels of abuse here) 4 league games ago is equally ott.

We're short and a great run of league wins is only masking the problem areas.

I was hardly convinced we'd bring anyone in permanently, but I was expecting a season loanee at least.

We didn't have a striking problem and we've borrowed one defender.

Not Kev or Jim (altho I would love their salary), just trying to be positive and not slitting the proverbial wrists until there is something to actually worry about ffs :)

Keep it real guys

Sorry jt, got to disagree with you re: the striking problem. What was our goal to game ratio.
We are scoring more and conceding less since Edgar, Sharp and Sammon were added.

What does it matter if loans gets us into the Championship? It worked for our little pink friends across the way didn't it?

Let's get through the loan window because I really do think we will STILL strengthen even if not required (imo of course)

To be fair I don't just think it's Blades Fans.

Man U fans are crying over De gea and only signing that french guy today despite getting Memphis, Schweinsteiger, schneiderlin, Darmian
Everton moaning about only getting lennon, defeleu(fuck knows how to spell it), cleverley and the other two.

Think most fans are deluded especially in top flight!

It's bad news we haven't strengthened. No drama, but it's very disappointing. What happens with a couple of injuries?Back to square one. Amazes me how people are naive enough to think that 4 league wins means we're fine and dandy for the season.

If the current first choice squad of 12 or 13 stays injury and suspension free we will be fine and look well capable of finishing top two.

Key word is IF.

That's why people are concerned, it's not a case moaning, we want this nailed down water tight and this was a chance to do it... Memories of what happend in Danny Wilsons first season are still fresh.

Our bloated squad is more equipped than any other L1 side to cope with injuries. Done and Bayford will be like 2 new signings when fit. Flynn is already back, Kennedy is back and not to mention Mcnulty and Scougs.

A central midfielder loan signing would be enough in my opinion to see us through with the players who are now coming back from injury.

Well i'm fine and dandy( as you can see) but i'm not happy.

With the aforementioned players to return and with a couple of loans till Jan will see us right until the next window. January purchases may play a bigger part than some people realise.

Just try a little positivity for a change :)

Like it was last season?

I think the difference is we have a squad actually pulling together now and arguably the best manager in the league. That clearly wasn't the case last year. We're still obviously short a cb and you could argue in cm ( although 2 of bash, Baxter, Wallace and reed isn't terrible )

Not many teams could be without done, Bradford, Harris, 2 first team central defenders and still be near the top of the league
