Listening to wilders interview earlier, we have two loans at the moment, Henderson and Woodburn, I understand we are allowed two more to give us the maximum of four, Wilder said we are hopefull of bringing three more on loan or loan with a view to purchase in January but ostensibly classed as loans giving us five until the end of the year, I presume this means we are allowed more than four loans at the club but on a matchday we are only allowed four? If this is correct one is going to miss out on a match day, cannot see Klopp and Jose being happy about that, does anybody know the the rule?

You’re allowed 5 loan players in your matchday squad. Can’t remember if it’s 7 or 8 total on loan in the club.

But they are still loans until the end of the year, I accept we may agree to buy in January but at the moment we can only loan ,we cannot buy anyone otherwise there is no point in the transfer window closing yesterday but champagne has said we are allowed 5 so it's cleared it up,I think!
