Sorry to hear that Brownie. Deepest condolences to you and the rest of your family mate.

Never met you brownie. Seen and read lots of your posts. So sad to hear that news. Everything, including the blades just pale into insignificance. My thoughts are with you.

Oh brownie , I am so sorry to hear this and feel for you. At the moment I am missing games due to trying to nurse my 92 year old mother back to health after she had a fall even though I know the dreaded day can't be too far away when it comes I will be distraught. Organising care today after getting her home from hospital I didn't even know who we were playing today until I heard the results on the radio. As you say there are more important things than football.
Condolences fellow Blade.

My sympathies are with you Brownie. All the best.

About 10 minutes in to the second half this afternoon, I was sat on the South Stand watching the match with my best mate and my young son, when I recieved the phone call to tell me my Mum had passed away.

For all the bitching and griping that people do about the Blades, it just goes to show how pointless it all is in the grand scheme of things,

Just want to say a huge thanks to the female steward on the concourse who came over to me when I was stood in a flood of my own tears, that human kindness I will never forget.
Sorry to hear this Brownie. Take care. It puts things in perspective. May your Mum rest in peace.

Sorry for your loss, fella. Thoughts with you and yours.

Sorry to hear that. Never expected to read your comments. Like Pete I just though it was going to be a thread about enjoying the rest of the season and not getting wrapped up in it all too much.

Hopefully your Mum didn't endure any suffering and that you have lots of friends and family around you over the coming months. Hope your son is ok too.

Puts things into perspective. Condolences pal

Condolences to you and your family... Certainly makes football feel insignificant at times like this and life very sobering :(

So sorry to hear that. Thoughts are with you

So sorry to hear of your loss. My mum passed away in 2014, I still miss her dearly but it does get easier. There probably is'nt a day goes by when I don't think of her and that actually helps. Stay strong pal.
