About 10 minutes in to the second half this afternoon, I was sat on the South Stand watching the match with my best mate and my young son, when I recieved the phone call to tell me my Mum had passed away.

For all the bitching and griping that people do about the Blades, it just goes to show how pointless it all is in the grand scheme of things,

Just want to say a huge thanks to the female steward on the concourse who came over to me when I was stood in a flood of my own tears, that human kindness I will never forget.

Really sorry to hear that Brownie, thoughts with you and your family.

So sorry to hear that, as i well know, there`s nothing quite as devastating as losing your Mum.

Life, is indeed too short by far ...condolences.

Sorry for your loss, Brownie. It is times like this that you realise what is really important

Brownie, reading your post has just brought me to tears. So sorry to hear of your loss, can't imagine how you must be feeling right now. Condolences to you and your family.

22 men kicking a bag of wind vs our loved ones. Not even a contest.

As much as the words of a random stranger on the internet can mean anything, I'm really sorry Brownie and hope you find a way through it.

Was only discussing you today Brownie.

Condolences to you and your family, feller.
