All the best to Lec's. Confirmed last night that he's ruptured cruciate knee ligaments, so will be months before he's back.

Hope the recovery goes well for him. Shame as he'd been playing well till then. An opportunity for Taylor now he is back.

Is there some unwritten football rule which states that at any given point, United must have at least one player out with a ruptured ACL?

All the best to Lecs, hope he can come back from this. I'd be surprised if we see him in a United shirt in the next year though, which is sad news for him.

Bad injury and like Morgs and Taylor it will more than likely be a year without complications

i think he's been a much underrated member of the side.. teams simply couldn't get round the back on the left hand side 'cos he is sooo rapid.. plus.. he was able to do this with hardly any support from quinny.. someone is going to have to step up

Have you noticed how DW has put Flynn on the left wing and Quinn on the right since Lesc got injured ,I don't think that he has his attacking eye on this ,more to ease Taylor in. Unfortunately it rebounded on Ertl last night who got no help whatsoever and was left hopelessly exposed. Williamson and Flynn both do this job superbly.
