By a clear two goals.

Just to make a point... he wasn’t even on the odds at the beginning of the season. You physically couldn’t bet on him to finish top scorer.

Now I think you’ll be lucky to get him at anything less than 3/1. Outstanding.

I’m constantly amazed by him.

Forced to do it this season, just because I had him last season at daft odds.

Found him at 10-1 now on Sky Bet.
I have a superstition about not betting on Blades as I always seem to jinx them.
Otherwise...

He looked like he was limping at the end. Hopefully just fatigue, he is undoubtably in the form of his life.

Said for quite a few years that I would love Leon Clarke in our side, he always (and I mean always) seemed to score against us, no matter who he played for.

To me (despite his age) he is the model striker; fast, tall, powerful, solid, can score with either foot or his head, cagey old pro, been there, seen it, done it, and now getting the BDTBL faithful behind him.

This could be his best ever season as a professional footballer.

UTB.

If, after the Millwall away game last season, some had said to you that before the end of November 2017, we'd be 2 points off the top of the Championship and Leon Clarke would be the divisions top scorer you'd have thought they were on drugs.

He's now scored 2 hat tricks in 3 games, prior to that he'd scored 1 hat trick in 430 games.

Quality player and to think, even many on here said that he was finished in a Blades shirt after his red card v Barnsley.

His discipline has improved immensely since then, as has his fitness. Donaldson isn't even getting a look in!

His second goal last night was terrific. Takes on his man, one stepover, two stepovers then bang! from a tight angle, low and hard under the keeper.

Skill, confidence and arrogance like all the best CFs need to have. Barring injury, he ain't stopping this season. 25 goals my prediction.

Simply beyond belief.

It might have ultimately been a consolation but seeing him get another hat trick was a great moment.

Two home games in a row! Has anyone ever done that before?
Once before: Jimmy Dunne Jan 1 and 4 1930. Jimmy’s is better because he got 4 in each game against West Ham and Leicester. We won 4-2 and 7-1. Top division as well of course.

This was the crazy year we scored 91 goals but conceded 96 and avoided relegation on goal difference. Worse still the pigs won the league.

Wednesday mate text me last night saying its amazing he's doing so well considering he's utter garbage. I said you're right, missed a right chance for another hatrick at your place.

8 goals in 3 games, surely it's time we gave this a proper run out...

* and yes I do realise we'd need to change it to Leon as Will Grigg doesn't play for us, before some clever b*****d comments :D

And you know what makes it better? All the Wolves, pigs, Bury etc. fans are fucking gobsmacked! They didn't expect him to rise above average at best!
and me too when we signed him, 'he'd be ok for a season but a three year contract?'

If he was 5 years younger in this form he'd be off to Russia next summer.

and my point here which I've tried to make before, shouldn't matter how old a player is and the national side shouldn't be looking beyond the next tournament, if somebody is producing the goods just prior to a tournament they should be in the squad.
