The winding up petition was dismissed today:

Yep, been suggesting him for a while now.Nathan Cameron is their skipper CB 6'2 and housemate of a left back we have just bought.. Just a thought
Yep, been suggesting him for a while now.
Tall, physically big, athletic, strong, young.
Certainly. He is the type of player we should be signing. So you would be happy with this one?
Certainly. He is the type of player we should be signing.
He would require a fee though as his contract doesn't run out until 2017, so that effectively rules him out.
That was a nominal fee.Like Hussey then?
That was a nominal fee.
Yeah...what's your point? Thanks Barney. Just wanted to know you knew
Yeah...what's your point?
Are you saying a nominal fee is the same as a normal fee?
Just really worrying Wilder seems to be shopping for players that aren't good enough.
Bury are claiming that we tabled a bid for Leon Clarke however we later withdrew it? Does this mean we are at advanced stages with a different target man?
Leon Clarke has done the rounds on here quite a bit and he is a player that we have had no choice but to admire because he has always done half decent against us. He was spot on for Coventry however I do think he might have gone over that peak in his career now and he wouldn't be the best option for us anyway therefore all things said and done I am actually quite glad that we have withdrawn if this is true.

I like the logic in this.He did a great job for Wolves against us a couple seasons back, and we should have signed him that summer (2 years ago now?)
At least if we sign him, we've saved ourselves a goal or two conceded this season.

If you can remember back a couple of years ago at Cov, him and Wilson had a perfect partnership, would he be someone to build a similar partnership with Che?
Well if it's true about MK not wanting to get rid of McFadzean...it doesn't matter if he's better value or not.Cameron and Beevers would probably be a good centre half pairing.
I'd imagine we could get Cameron for below his value now, maybe 150k. If so we need to consider whether he'd be better value than someone like McFadzean.
When did they claim this? Is there a link?

Sorry forum police! He is a link as requestedOne of many that could be found with a simple, accurate google search.
Another valid point in there that I had forgotten about......Knill knows Clarke well having been his gaffer at Scunthorpe. Maybe there was a bit of truth in this but then the figures touted didn't match what we want to pay.
Sorry wasn't meant with a forum police meaning. More that I had not heard of it before you mentioned it
Not sure if Leon Clarke is a 90 minute player anymore - i'd keep him on the bench and bring him on if need be
Not going to start another thread about the same player.
First of three incoming.
