If a certain young man had decided to stay with us rather than going to live in the land of Frog Munchers then he too might have been on the wall of legends sometime in the future. I suppose it doesn't count for much when the old bank balance is brimming though. To be fair to the lad i think it was more to do with playing for his boyhood team rather than just money.

To be fair to Ndiaye I think it was less about money and more about Marseille similar to ourselves and Billy. I think even if they sell him in the future I expect he will go back again to end his career there.

We came calling for Billy twice and he still came home.

Bash walking in on a match day seeing his face as a legend must be a great yet weird feeling. He has seen a hell of a lot in his time here!
Who would have thought this possible when he was getting awful stick in his first two years.

The man is immense - love him - lets not tarnish his reputation and standing by having to play him this season

I’m glad Stan gets on there. The captain of the double promotion at the point where I started being able to attend games under my own steam. Who Bassett let lead us out for that first game v Liverpool as a reward for his years of toil (before dumping him because we had to). But what trophy is he holding? I thought we had the cooler Laver sponsor on that shirt as we climbed the league. Apologies for the inane input.

Big shout for the Deane and Agana fist pump picture too. Love that.
Yorkshire and Humberside Cup I think?

Obviously space is limited but it would have been great to include Bassett and Wilder who orchestrated the best times as a supporter in the last two generations.

Love it! Wasn't a fan of the stark black paint scheme but this montage acts as a focal point and brings everything to life, so the black actually works, like a framework.

Should carry it on around the ground, make it a feature.

Yorkshire and Humberside Cup id guess at. Won it at Scarborough...i went!

Re sponsor i think it changed for the season we were in Div 2, probably when Laver's changed their logo i'd guess. Think we had that kit for 3 seasons if memory serves me right, got relegated in it and then two promotions

We had a player who captained England, won the First Division and two FA Cups. When he wasn't doing that he was playing First Class cricket.

But still not good enough to get on our wall of Fame.
