You spelt piss wrongThey've painted the gentleman's bogs on the kop. Could still smell the paint.
The Lavers themselves have always been big supporters of SUFC, financial and otherwise, even when their name was just on a couple of hoardings. They've really spruced the place up lately. It's great to see.
I just love that Arnold Laver is plastered all over the ground. United and Laver will always go hand in hand for me.
I quite agreeThey've really spruced the place up lately. It's great to see.

My first memries were us in Laver kit so I'm a bit biased but it's hard to deny what they've done for our club over the decades.
Not many keepers represented on there though!
I’m glad Stan gets on there. The captain of the double promotion at the point where I started being able to attend games under my own steam. Who Bassett let lead us out for that first game v Liverpool as a reward for his years of toil (before dumping him because we had to). But what trophy is he holding? I thought we had the cooler Laver sponsor on that shirt as we climbed the league. Apologies for the inane input.
He’s on there.Or we could have the legendary William Fatty Foulke.
He’s on there.
Quite a flattering picture. In most images I've seen of him, he's about five stone heavier.
