Simon Moore. Hopefully on a permanent deal.

Could it be one of the 'two from one club' that someone mentioned? I can't remember who and I have O.D'd on ITK so can't be bothered to find it...
Do you think he`s sufficiently better than Long Herb. Not played thet many games for a 26 year old?
Yeah, just seen this tweet.
Bet we get stuck with some non-entity goal keeper instead of actually just paying a little bit extra and getting a solid experienced keeper.
It's this kind of false economy that's left is languishing in L1. It's all very well and good not being held to randsom but k think we've missed out on targets that could make the difference because of this
What sort of player is he, how high do you rate him?Simon Moore was my shout from picking up on berty's clues. I hope it's him.
I was the first to name him btw. I am the king of all ITK.
Yep. We always buy non entity goalkeepers without experience. Thank goodness Bassett didn't sign that non-entity Simon Tracey and Warnock didn't bid for Paddy Kenny or you would have been spitting feather wouldn't you ?

Good keeper in most areas, just unfortunate he can't break past the best keeper in the championship in David Marshall. Very vocal and commanding too. Went for £1mil to Cardiff so not too shabby. What sort of player is he, how high do you rate him?
Fair enough...I must admit I've never heard him say he was after Grant however he could well have been (although wasn't signed as claimed by others). Agree he should have found a goalkeeper in close season but I don't think any of us could have anticipated that first 15 minutes on Tuesday. This is the same back four that defended quite well at Bolton so the decline to Tuesday's performance was even more shockingIn fairness I'm just in a bad mood after Tuesday.
The point I am making in more that we aren't managing to get our desired targets. Wilder admitted we were in for grant and we've failed to get him over the line by the looks of it.
He was clearly our first choice and as such the next keeper is unlikely to be an improvement. I feel like this new found prudence is going to cost us players that could make a difference at this level. We have to balance not being held to ransom with ambition - would we have conceded 3 in 15 minutes with mcfadzen instead of Wilson at the back??
I'll give whoever comes in a fair crack obviously.
He's a goalkeeper mate...

Like I've said, Moore went for £1mil to Cardiff from Brentford and has been behind the best keeper in the divison. I don't see it as desperate at all.Didn't Berty say south east. Bearings might be all off on this and I am not convinced Simon Moore is an upgrade. Grant I can understand, Moore is cheap and desperate
South East Tranmere? It's some guy called Iain Turner.
Undesclosed fee from Tranmere.

Is it a loan or permanent

You are absolutely correct. I feel like the Chef, on Monty Python, who supplied a dirty fork...
I shall reflect on my punishment. A seven day suspension, I'm thinking but perhaps the members should decide.....![]()
Just thought he could park the DeLorean in front of the net......A strange choice.
What made you think of MJ Fox?
Surely it's nothing to do with his Parkinson's Disease, but merely his portrayal of Marty McFly?
Or better still, travel back through time in it, collecting great Blades players of the past to play in the current team.Just thought he could park the DeLorean in front of the net......
He said south west, pretty sureFairy snuff. And the fact Berty said south east?
I don't think we'd get 11 in the car in one trip.Or better still, travel back through time in it, collecting great Blades players of the past to play in the current team.
