Seriki, Ukaki, Polendakov (potentially), Sam Curtis, Sam Colechin, Sai Sachdev (hope he’s recovered from his nasty injury btw) so, my point is, that’s enough development potential, surely, if we’re signing anyone for RB they have to be good enough to go straight into the first team.

And you don’t think this lad is first team squad material? Out of all those names only Seriki is at that level, so we’re desperately short.

Fifa are also on the ball with player potential too. Similar scouting model i assume? I remember buying Joao Pedro from Watford when he was about 18, so probs FIFA 21. His rating got into late 80s... and he just signed for Chelsea in real life.

This Mendes guy is 71 rated on FC25 with a potential of 79. For comparison, Seriki is 68 and a potential of 77.

Sort of. EA FC is much more likely to dampen a player's potential based on their club's league position. FM is a bit more objective.
