Les "sweet as a nut" Ferdinand has been favourite for the last 3 days....catch up FFS

I see Keith Curle is way down the list on Sky Bet at 40/1. The same odds as Deano, Hasselbaink, Irvine and McLeish. Seems odd that that Appleton bloke is shorter odds, as is Steve McClaren.

Would Curle be worth a shout?

Yes, he would. Here's the shout:

NO!!!!!!!

Another non-achieving, unattractive former player. Time to move on with football.

Strange as it seems I have no problem with Les Ferdinand, however no to Keith Curle. I could see me having a few words with him in the Prince of Wales if things went wrong.

Hmm, he's in the top 10 premier league goal-scorers. Finsihed runner up a couple of times, won the league cup with spurs, and a few trophies in Turkey.

Not exactly unachieving.

That time in Turkey will come in handy...

I've no idea how Ferdinand is being linked with us.

Think he meant Curle, not Ferdinand. Of the two, I'd rather have Curle who got a pretty rough deal when County sacked him, but that's not to say either would be my first choice. With Curle, I just thought I'd chuck the name out there.

Ahhh, good spot. :)

Well he smashed danni behrs back doors in so he is ok with me

And his achievements as a Manager are...............................................................................

He's managed England you know

The fact that he's managed anybody is starting to look like a positive at the moment. Ferdinand and Morgs aren't exactly at the top of my list.

I could see Morgs getting it, regardless of how this season ends.

What to do if we do pull it off?

Morgan was right for the last few games but in the championship?

Glad I'm not the chairman.

I've asked before but what has Pemberton done wrong, that he never gets a mention.
We know he plays good, attractive football that was successful.
He knows the club and all the players and he's the ideal man to bring the kids through.
He knows McCabe and his little ways, so that shouldn't be a source of conflict.
He's available, so no compensation and he'd probably jump at the chance.
I'd much rather have Pemberton than some of the names being mentioned. Why not?

Cos apart from the Good, atractive football you have just described Morgs.
Regardless of whether we fluke the playoffs or stay in this rathole of a division I don't want Morgan as manager.

I think we need someone with a bit of guile and experience to get us out now.(or hopefully to keep us up)
That rules Pembo out for me.

I don't want someone learning the job EVER at the Lane.
I will always want someone who can hit the ground running. Although I know eventually McCabe will hobble them.

Pembo and Morgs should be at the club though
Just not the top man.

Ive said it before.

Alan Curbishly and convince him there is life beyond the the Watford gap.

If we got Curle, it would give us a chance to get Judge who I believe is out of contract in the summer?
