Out with mates on saturday and a couple who used to have season tickets and who attend regularly, although not all games, were still waivering over whether to get a season ticket or not. They both said that if we signed a striker this week whilst the prices are cheaper they would get one.
ok i get one whatever, but a decent signing this week could see a surge in sales before prices go up, particularly as there as there will be others thinking the same.
9000ish season tickets so far is a decent number but if i'm being honest with the optimism at the end of last season i was hoping for around 13500 season ticket holders, which would mean we'd probably have to sell around 12000 at early bird prices.

I haven't renewed ours yet and I'd expect quite a few thousand tight bastards to be hanging on with me.

Tried booking mine earlier today Wouldn't accept password even though we all know its your postcode !
Perhaps the Footballing Gods are telling me not to waste my money !

Not got my 3 yet either. I bet loads renew in last week as there's no incentive to do before early bird ends.

Thursday online for me.

And what if we sold Maguire the week after? They ask for a refund?

The reality of foitball is that if a player is tempted away, encouraged by their agents, or wants to leave there is little a club can do about it, particularly in our position.
We all know we need a proven goalscorer to give us extra confidence that we can get the goals to finish top 2, this has been lacking and the frustration of knowing that we are going to struggle to score more than one, therefore draw or lose games against teams we should be beating, led to them cancelling their season tickets previously

I think that, as has been alluded to above, a lot of people are just waiting til the end of the month. I'm having a stroll down on Friday afternoon with my mate. I'll renew, nip down London Rd for a few jars, and then fuck off home. Like Worksopblade says above, what's the rush?

Money on the way out of my account as we speak.

Six and a half weeks to kick off.

2 of mates have got season tickets this week so hopefully there is a last week surge particularly around pay day. Positive news about a signing would help toi of course

club says we are ahead of last seasons sales, cant ask for more than that ,world cup lull day friday could see some activity

Did we sell somewhere around 900 on first day or so? be nice to finish the early bird period with a similar number

Got mine now. You tight bastards should get a move on :)

And for the first year in a while more mates have got one than last year.

Renewed earlier in the week so that I can't forget to do it or be besieged by technical problems on the last day :-)

Although it's promising they've got a few signings in already, I've still got a nagging doubt that the b@st@rds will have our pants down before August is completely out.

I was thinking of returning to the ST fold but might fall back to trusty old faithful... when in doubt do nowt!

Tell your mates to stop being fickle part timing gits and get an ST, support the team not the players

*EDIT was quoting Scholarblade but it didnt quote for some reason
