Another thread about last night, my views on each players performance

Long - Devoid of confidence needs dropping and sending out on loan
Brayford - not good enough simple
O'Connell - not as bad as people say, at fault for 1st goal played lad on side
Wilson - Never really notice he was there
Hussey - Poor Defensivley due to done being missing most of game, poor going forward
Basham - tried
Fleck - Poor and non existent
Done - was he on the pitch?
Duffy - See Done
Sharp - is he a footballer or a wrestler? my guess is wrestler as that all he seems to know what to do
Clarke - MOM battled fought hard showed passion and desire

Subs
Chapman - looks a proper footballer
Coutts - Totally different player to last season
Scougall - Ineffective too small

All admirable qualities.

But where is the "showed a great first touch" ?

Showed "quality movement off the ball" ?

Was a goal threat all night ?

Created chances galore for team mates ?

Showed great speed / stamina ?

All gone a bit WWF for me.

Been calling Sharp........Shirley for a good while now,he just seems to prefer the bodily contact.

Nile Ranger so glad he went off injured or it would have been a cricket score.

Was this game Wilder's ,,,,Shrewsbury.

Thought when Coutts and Chapman came on the team had a better shape, Scougall no change there I'm afraid.
Wilder did say he would give all the players a chance and now is the perfect time for the out of favour ones to step up and take it .....
