Last 6 League Games - The Verdict

Forget about Cardiff - what's done is done and we can't dwell on two points lost. The reality is we are in touching distance of the playoffs with all of the teams around us to play. I genuinely thought we might only get 1 or 2 points from Easter weekend and that would leave us well out of the playoff hunt - thankfully other results generally went our way so let's be grateful for that.

What we need now is as follows:

• Our home support as great and behind the team as it was last night - that will make such a difference in the 3 games which are the BIGGEST of the 6 left due to the opposition we are playing - all 6 pointers.
• There's no time now to tinker with the team, as much as I still hold hope for Ricky Holmes and James Wilson - I don't think we have the time to bed either in now. We need Brooks or Duffy with Clarke (and one other - Sharp or Donaldo) to hit some form and they give us the best chance of getting the results we need.
• We lost serious ground on the top teams when we lost to Villa at home - those 6 pointers are going to decide whether we do or don't get into the top 6. Boro, Millwall, Preston and Bristol C will be massive - let's make Bramall Lane are bloody fortress and be proud of what we've done this season.

Can't wait for Saturday - let's not get downhearted, we could have won both games at Easter and still be two points off if others had won their games so chin up Blades - this is crunch time.
