It's the hypocrisy: Says he wants 5 subs to protect players from fixture overload, but he rarely makes more than 2 subs per game. Then makes his first team players put in a 70-90 against a team of kids.

Does that look like prioritising player welfare (what he says is his motivation) or does it look like doing anything for a win?

He only sings when he's winning - just like Guardiola, Arteta, Mourinho and to a lesser extent Lampard

Come on guys be fair to the man, he's transformed from this loveable, jovial man into a raving lunatic. But their will be a good reason, select one of the following:
a. Covid has made him and he alone in the world depressed.
b. He has an addiction, it's not his fault and when caught will apologise and we'll all be expected to feel sorry for him.
c. Stress. Liverpool haven't been as lucky this year with results and half a dozen other teams have a genuine shout of beating them to the title.

It's easy to be a magnanimous winner but taking defeat well takes real character.

Given the way bubbles work, I suspect he was limited in the amount of changes he could make?

Plenty of reasons to have a go at Klop, but fielding a strong side to try and win a football match isn’t one of them.
I agree he should’ve tried to win the game (which he did) it’s just why complain about resting players and the subs then play them for 70 mins and did you see villas team?

Like has been said already - it’s easy to be positive when you are an improving team and title underdogs. Now they are defending champions it takes a much bigger man to remain honest and magnanimous.

He is simply straining under the pressure and lashes out at anybody who he can deflect on to. Wilder one week, Man Utd and penalties the next.

The main point of my post was not to question him trying to win the game obviously he’s a top manager just think it was a bit rich after his comments that’s all seems like a psycho this season

Edit - he's a moaning, mean spirited hypocrite - got no love for Villa but I think his comments about 'no sympathy' show lack of class
