Gone on loan to Dumbarton. Last i heard he was highly rated, could be a good development move.

I doubt it, I think he's in the group that's been told their contract won't be renewed in the summer and are free to find a new club.

He's found a new club never to return I would think.

To be fair none of us know what is a development move , who is out of the door tempoary / or forever , who we are selling , who we really want to off load , but struggling , worried our assetts of Done / Brayford could be out of the door , loan players - are they helping or hindering . It's all a bit blind leading the blind with the end of January fast approaching , are we just looking at more loans in February

Confused - you bet.

At least one team in that Division would, possibly two and I wouldn't rule out a third either.

Doesn't sound like an Adkins type player

I mean, he's probably nowhere near good enough either :D

May well be true. But I think the players currently in the first eleven aren't all a lot better than the players we are allowing to leave. They do fit in better with what we're trying to do at the moment (formation/playing style) though.

Just looked back over an older thread and it does look like he's on the list of 'youngsters being let go'

Kieron Freeman, Otis Khan & Kler Heh...

This mass clear-out hasn't really built up a head of steam yet, has it?

Played with Kler back in my u16's Sunday league, looked miles ahead of everyone else of his age and years above in his development

+ McNulty, Alcock.

Reckon Scougall will go before Monday's deadline too.

Fair point. But, to be fair, in their cases it was extensions of existing loans.

Given that Terry Kennedy & Dom Calvert-Lewin returned from their pre-Window loans, the "vast squad" is at pretty much the same size that it was in December as things stand.

P.S. Best wishes to Kler Heh. He looked a decent, tricky player the few times I saw him play.

Alcock has joined Donny permanently.

Thought only Alcock and Khan had left permanently, Wallace, Freeman, McNulty and Heh are loans until they sign for another team they are still counted as our players. They will be getting game time and hopefully impressing the clubs they are at, as we are not privy to how much of their wages these clubs are paying we are only guessing on the saving to SUFC.

Hi guys, hope you are all well

I'm a Sons fan so thought I'd pop on here and find out what we can expect from Kler? He made his debut late on yesterday and looked neat enough, but the conditions were utterly horrendous and we were up against a very big, aggressive team.

I've got a mate at Uni who's a big Blades fan so I've always kept an eye out for your results, plus the Neill Collins link (even if he isn't the most popular of characters down your way!)

Apparently we're hoping to set up a link between our two clubs so hopefully he can be the 2nd (behind Aaron 'the next Jagielka' Barry) to make the journey up here.

All the best for the rest of the season :)

Edit: Forgot to say, feel free to pop over to our forum here if you want to keep updated with how he's getting on:

No it hasn't ....... need about another 10 out so that we can get the required 5 or 6 in ........ but the problem is of course ...... who wants them ??

I was banking on old Cloughie to take a few but even he doesn't seem interested !! :(

He loves to be known by the nickname "Julian"

Your best bet for a sensible answer will come from a youth team watcher. DazBlade88 over to you :)

Sons52

He's tricky and has a bit of pace, likes to get the ball at his feet and run at defenders. His final ball is hit and miss but that's pretty common with young wingers anyway. I think he can do well up there and I'll be keeping a close eye on how he gets on.
