That said, a few more performances like yesterday’s in a Derby kit ... and I might just change my mind.

From the front it’s okay, but from the back it’s a fucking disgrace. Whoever at Adidas decided that stripy shirts would look better with more than 50% of the shirt unstriped wants a good hard clip round the lughole and firm instructions not to even consider such silly shit like that ever, ever again. They need to be demoted to the shoelace designing department, with responsibility only for aglets. They’d probably fuck that up royally too.

To be completely honest it’s grown on me. Doesn’t look like a classic united shirt but it does look smart enough. And I’m sure the players wearing it have contributed to the change of opinion as well.
