I've just read in the papers that Celtic are going to make an offer to United about Matt Killgallon. does anybody else on in this forum have any more about this, don't want to lose another defender this season at any time.

Losing Killa would be a real body blow at this point; i doubt we could find an adequate replacement for 2 million pounds.

Keeping the Morgan / Kilgallon partnership is vital in my opinion.

It could only be European football that would tempt him surely? and after last night that looks unlikely to be a problem for Celtic!

Lots of SPL players come down to England at Championship level so the standard of football can't be that good. I also believe that they don't pay too well so money shouldn't be an issue.

This would, in my opionion, be worse than the sale of the Kyles. I would have taken that sort of money for unproven kids, I would love to keep them but in reality that was just too good for us to turn down. I can't see Celtic coughing up more than say £2million and that should be turned down out of hand by an "ambitious" club.

We will see won't we.... good question for KM on Friday though?
