Personally, I'd be amazed.
Can't understand why a Championship club with a bit of cash to throw about hasn't had a punt, though can't think of any specifically...

He'd be willing to take a huge pay cut and drop down to our level.

Considering he could walk into 80% of Championship clubs, some of which would be able to offer him very high wages, I don't see us in with a chance.

He'll be training with Orient because it's probably next door to his house.

True. Yeah I went for the FA Cup third round a few years back, got there and at about two a police car comes driving round announcing the match has been cancelled due to a frozen pitch.

The area reminded me of a scabbier version of London Road.

no chance of getting him still a quality player .easily could get a top championship club he will end up at fulham im betting we wont even be on his radar.
