He didn't go into detail Wizard just said his. lack of match fitness has been compounded by being laid low with some bug
 

To be fair to him, if his bird was my bird, I can see the need to ring in sick the odd few days, could just imagine her in a nurses outfit, performing a thorough bed bath....................

If he comes from posh Scholes and says « boits » and not « booits » he’s not that broad.

He’s not said owt for about thirty five years and I never learnt how to spell Yorkshire at schoil but ‘booits’ is probably closer to how he used to say it. I’ve never actually been to Scholes as he spent most of his life in Kimberworth but his dad was a miner and I never got the impression it was posh in his day (before WW1). A lot of villages have become ‘posh’ with a severe lack of affordable housing these days.

Still not turning out for the u23s? Is this mystery bug the Ebola virus or something similar?
 
Bizarre that he hasn't featured at all, anywhere for us yet. A guy recovering from a broken leg has played more U23 minutes than a young lad who played most of last season at another club.
If he is ill, then fair do's but bloody hell it's lingering on isn't it? Read somewhere else a rumour that it might be down to a discipline/attitude problem, which I can't see being true. Wilder's due diligence wouldn't have missed that before signing him.

In any case I hope to see him turnout soon. Think he could be a surprise package for us.

Definitely strange how he failed a medical at Rangers and hasn't been seen in United colours. I'm wondering whether he had a bad injury and we took the chance he'd recover.

I heard that he'd actually had a leg amputated at the knee. This is what put Rangers off, but apparently our medics thought it would grow back again soon, and the Board felt he was available at a good cheap price, so we went for it.

He's currently behind Egan, O'Connell, Basham, Stearman, for a CB spot. (Of course there's also Reshuffle & Makeshift). But, Kean is currently just an injury or suspension off the First Team Bench. Fifth in line for one of three spots.
 
I want to know if there's a player in there. There must be surely? His absence has been a mystery. Has Wilder ever elaborated on what the issue actually is?

Mysterious indeed. I’ve never seen him play but many that have say he looked like the game was very new to him. o_O Maybe he does “unseen work”?

I thought Bryan was a wing back type not a central type? Sure he played left wing back against Barnet; and looked truly awful in the process!
 
I have to say this kid made the worst debut I have ever seen in a Blades shirt ( I was fortunate enough to miss Lee Baxter).

After high hopes of him coming from Citeh, he has done nothing to threaten the first team squad. Get him out on loan to play some football and see if he wants to battle to prove himself.

Although not primarily a Development Player, I saw him a few times for the U23s as he was rehabbing from injury. Always at CB. He looked calm & accomplished on the ball. Routinely taking responsibility in defence. Good at attacking set pieces. Glides effortlessly around the park. Snazzy positional play meant he didn't have to bust a gut.
And, OK, posters seem to want him to go out on loan. But, with Cranie gone, Kean is currently fifth place for one of three CBs. Sending him out would leave us short unless we make a signing (imho)
