Impressive lad. Let’s hope he can make it at first team level on a regular basis.

What a great guy who seems to have loads of ambition and hopefully he'll break through into the first team very soon. What I've seen of him so far, I don't think it will be too long for him to achieve his target in the red and white shirt.
Keep up the good work Kacper.

What a nice surprise. Loved that. He sounds like a really good lad. Good to hear Hecky and Jack having the personality to influence player decisions too. Makes me feel more assured about the back room staff. It’s about the larger team in the long term. Many players would just go to Leicester or sty at Brighton but I like how he’s looking for a route to a first team slot and like the confidence. Always love it when people like the area. Wonder where he lives?

Really feel like this lad is going to go on to really big things if he can avoid any major injuries. I’m talking Poland/Man Utd/Liverpool captain kind of levels. Excellent video Blades Way!

This is just my opinion but if Heckingbottom had been given the job permanently instead of Slav, then we wouldn't have brought in Ben Davies and we'd be playing Lopata and/or Gordon. Creating the next talent on our production line rather than giving minutes to a loan signing who will leave in a few months. I also think Jebbison would still be here and Zak Brunt would have had more minutes. We will never really know...unless Slav leaves this season and Heckingbottom is thrown back in!

It's understandable that SJ took the chance to get bring in Davies instead of relying on Lopata. We need to integrate Lopata more as the season goes on because the possibility of keeping BD is not enticing imo.

A loan deal for Lopata to join a L1 or L2 club, with a recall, would be perfect right about now (L1 and L2 can sign loans outside transfers windows?).

Pretty sure the transfer window is the transfer window but maybe in Jan he could go on loan if he's not getting first team minutes.

Excellent interview and I hope we see more of him this season. He could be part of the solution to our generally dire record at set pieces in both boxes.

Really enjoying these. You guys have got a real skill of making the players relaxed and help them talk in an casual way without falling into the usual media robotics. Keep up the good work!

What a mature and confident kid Lopata is. His slight Bristolian twinge made me laugh a few times!

Really great interview and he comes across really grounded (as do all the academy lads). Those saying he's not ready either and needs more experience should probably have a listen too. Hope he can make it for us.

Not as good looking as Gorgeous George though is he?

If you haven't watched this yet, it's quite short (for us) and a good one pre-match.
I'll also send Kacper any kind words you share on here (he hasn't asked for that but I like him and want to share them) so please do feel free to tell me what you think.

It's also available now as an audio podcast ideal for a run/gym/car journey/queuing for fuel.

Very good listen.
Kacper has the right attitude to take himself and his team mates as far as his talent allows, let’s hope we build our defence around him for years to come.

Really impressed with his performance against Carlisle and could’ve had a couple of goals. With the attitude shown in that interview he’ll give himself every chance of a successful career.

Good luck to the lad.
