Decent player though, but I've seen him play as a winger more than anything, which doesn't really fit.

He'd be a Brooks replacement more than a Duffy replacement and we couldn't fit Brooks in (and we didn't have to pay for Brooks)

I imagine we were if a fan was doing it haha, he's probably worth a good few million though, we'd have to break the £4m barrier.

He's a good player, it'd be a good get but I think he'll go elsewhere hence my Waghorn comparison.

Unless we have started shitting money then I can't see us signing Jota. Not just because of the transfer fee but because of the wages he would want as well.

Luke Freeman is a more realistic option and we were close to doing that deal in the summer.

That's fair enough, he has notched 12 and 11 in the championship before but that was a bit back at Brentford.
He's still bigger and scores more than Freeman though.

Lots of skill, but never seen him stamp his authority on a game and dictate. Sure we can do better with the likes of Chelsea midfield players that have loaned out to Leeds/ Huddersfield. Or Ryan Kent, Harry Wilson?

James Shield has good contacts and is never far off.
I was really impressed with Jota in our Championship opener and think our system could bring out the best in him.
