Made a bright start at Sunderland. Just had a good season in Ligue 2.
But to put some context on it. In 800 minutes in Ligue 1 in the last 3 years he scored 2. This was also accompanied by 2 forgettable spells in this country.
Then you look at Jebbo. You're either backing him or not. I can see some logic in just bringing in Traore to eventually take over from Ndiaye and ease into the team right now. But you throw Maja in there and what message are you sending?
Go out and get games in the Championship you say? Yeah, do that and find a queue as long as your arm in front of you when you return, all having been given a free year to cement a spot ahead of you. No reasons to even consider a new contract. Osula probably does need minutes in his legs.
Have McBurnie and Jebbo sharing one role and Ndiaye and Traore the other.
Brewster you say? He's had so many injuries that anything from him I'd take as an absolute bonus.
