Easy to focus on all the negative stuff with him, and yes he did let himself (and us) down very badly in the end. However Clough got a reyt tune out of him in that first season, Wilder could easily do the same.

In any case it's purely academic, not our player and even if a free agent I doubt we'd touch him with a bargepole now.

I wonder what he could do with Baxter...

I'm normally quite open minded about the Bladey Blade stuff, but this is a nha for me. Nowt doin'

Never ever.

He's a great example of what Wilder doesn't want in terms of team ethic.

Virtually his entire "career" in League One, why would we want him in the Championship ?

The last thing I want to see is him giving the ball away and looking yards off the pace.

I'm sorry but how many chances does the twat need? He's a full weight cunt who doesn't deserve to grace any turf whatsoever never mind a Desso.

How he gets a chance to have the privilege to train at any professional football club is beyond me.

He's abused the system and the only way he might ever learn is with some hard earned graft, not kicking a bag of wind about, the utter fucking waste of space, other than that he's ok.

Will just leave this one here, but if Wilder can turn Coutts then I wonder what he could do with Baxter...

Coutts is a model professional that need the right manager to work on his game, Baxter is not. More chance of Wilder signing Kim Jung un.

Wouldn't want this guy within a 10 mile radius of Beautiful Downtown Bramall Lane ever again! I took my Daughter to watch us play Stags in the Capital One Cup, sat front row and watched him bite one of the players..... A poor example of a professional, a poor example of a player and completely agree with the comment above about him being a lazy fat fucker.

Off-the-field problems aside, Jose at his best was a skilful centre foreward with vision and an excellent pass - but even at his best I could see him being too lightweight for Championship football where he would probably get less time on the ball. He's young though, and could still develop further. The "lazy" comments aren't entirely correct. He was often handy when he got back to defend. Hope he manages to live up to his early potential, but it won't be with us.
