We currently only have Seriki (who had fitness issues last season), Shackleton (who i’m not even sure actually exists) and Sachdev, who is recovering from a horrendous injury and is also wholly unproven.

Played 29 league games for Basel on loan from Braga last season.
Basel did the League and Cup double.

The year before he won the Portuguese cup with Braga. He also started against Real Madrid and Union Berlin in the Champions League.

Sounds like he has decent experience, even at 22.

Agreed, i also know its just a game (Football Manager), however the Croatian, Bulgarian and Hungarian leagues also have quite a few gems in there,. FM's scouting network is made up of 1200 scouts across the world who provide match reports on the respective leagues.

Fifa are also on the ball with player potential too. Similar scouting model i assume? I remember buying Joao Pedro from Watford when he was about 18, so probs FIFA 21. His rating got into late 80s... and he just signed for Chelsea in real life.

This Mendes guy is 71 rated on FC25 with a potential of 79. For comparison, Seriki is 68 and a potential of 77.

Seriki, Ukaki, Polendakov (potentially), Sam Curtis, Sam Colechin, Sai Sachdev (hope he’s recovered from his nasty injury btw) so, my point is, that’s enough development potential, surely, if we’re signing anyone for RB they have to be good enough to go straight into the first team.
