Very good article in the Yorkshire Post today by the Doncaster chairman.
Nothing particularly new but he does come out and say what we all think about the current state of referees, technology and our 'friends' at the FA.

Phew, thank God for that. Thought this was going to be about the John Ryan who masqueraded as a full back for us all those years ago.
I've just about got over his penalty miss (was it against Millwall or Gillingham) that caused the biggest round of booing I've ever heard at the Lane.

PS. Thought I'd throw in a reference to SUFC before one of the thread police has a head explosion.

Thank you for that !
Forgotten about him.

John Ryan always makes me laugh when I see him on the tele. Orange face and his smile just cracks me up. He seems to be running Doncaster in a very good way at the moment. I was just saying to my dad last week when they beat us I cheered for them to get promoted from the conference now look at them. Best team in yorkshire at the moment?

We'll really put a spanner in "their" works now mate. How's that grandson of yours doing with his football ;-)

Eyup mate !
(really going to pee'em off now BUT.........
He's did not re sign with Junior Blades this season ! (His choice) Much to the disgust of me and his Dad. He wasn't enjoying it after 4 seasons with them and was missing having 'fun' with his mates.
He hasn't signed for anyone at the moment. He has decided that he wants to be a boxer and now he spends his time 'training and sparring'. Must say he has a fair old 'dig' on him young un.
Hope he sees a bit of sense and gets back into it. We will see.

Boxing his a superb sport for fitness and discipline I spent ten years doing it as did my daughter from age 7 -17.
Don't be disgusted mate let him enjoy himself.
And send him round to bop one of the thread police bullys asap :-)

Cheers AW. As long as he's enjoying himself. That's the most important thing.
Good idea ! I'll send him round ;o)
