Yes, there's a dependency on one another that makes the potential come alive. Without knowing, I can imagine Knill might bring his own take on a player's game, or what they could do a little differently or better, or whether a specific change of position will make that essential difference to a winning mentality. I don't get any sense that either Wilder or Knill are precious about who contributes what, just as long as they work effectively and successfully. I think almost everyone who follows the Blades knows that in these two we have a managerial team capable of taking this club much, much further.

To me they cover each other's weaknesses. Knill knows what a player can do and wilder knows how to make him do it

Warnock thinks tactics are a type of sweet! He did say Warnock was great as a motivator. Not saying Wilder is tactically naive though, but clearly Knilly brings a lot to the table.

I remember one interview with Wilder early in his tenure at United I thought very insightful.
The Radio Sheffield presenter raised the point how we started the season playing 4-4-2 and losing then after changing to 3-5-2 we suddenly started winning.

Wilder said he doesn't like to get bogged down with tactics, said it's not something he's particularly interested in and people often over exaggerate the influence of tactics. Wilder said football is a simple game, he likes to give players simple instructions.
At the end of the day his phylosophy is that players give 100% to the team and leave it out on the pitch.

I'm sure he mentioned that he tends to leave the tactical ideas to Knill, he laughed said 'Knilly likes tactics', as though he's some kind of saddo up all night with his pen and paper working on tactics.

RS this morning saying, CW confident of signing his wanted list

Then went on to say Lundstram and Leonard with Ben Reeves and Lenihan also on the interested list, with no mention of a striker?

The striker option could be a loan instead of permanent.
Good use of the loan system can pay dividends at Championship level and below.

I'm a bit surprised not to find anything so far on here about the above player, the captain of Oxford United, who is, evidently, about to join the Blades!

What a bunch of lazy so-and-sos above. It was mentioned by someone on BladesReunited at 10 pm yesterday and if you look up the fellow
on Google it's right there at the top!
