Don't need to mop it up, I can clean a plate without having to mop up. And not with a spoon either, or tipping it up. I'm not really sure how tbh, I just sort of scoop the gravy onto the food before picking it up with the fork. If it's not scoopable, it's not gravy, it's soup.
