His form may a bit up and down since injury but we did hit an upturn in form when he first came back in December. He does give the team a lift even if he isn't really captain material.

He does need to find form again but it would be a shame to get rid of a player who made sacrifices to join us. He could have easily turned us down and gone to a championship club.
