If we are scouting abroad and specifically in Sweden looking at players like Traore then Bangsbo would seem to fit both our profile and a position of need he’s 20 and plays left sided centreback and is a natural left footer. Like Anel had high profile links to Chelsea but a move never materialised Bangsbo has had high profile links to Liverpool but again no move forthcoming. This would seem a move that’s doable for a player that would fit our criteria nicely. His club Goteborg are also apparently in all sorts of turmoil so a cheaper deal might also be possible.

As an aside a female friend was met at the airport by her friends holding up a massive sign, "fake taxi for Annette", I just found that really funny and can't wait to be the sign holder at some time in the future.
