Manchester United youngster Joe Riley is joining Sheffield United on loan for the remainder of the season.

The League One leaders have been interested in Riley for a number of weeks but were forced to wait for the full-back to return to fitness after a recent hamstring injury.

Riley, 20, completed 85 minutes of United’s 1-0 Premier League 2 victory over Liverpool on Monday and will travel to Sheffield on Tuesday to finalise his move.

Another United youngster who could be on the move is 21-year-old Sean Goss, who is a target for QPR boss Ian Holloway.
