With the mismanagement of his injury issue, surely if there was an actual case to answer he’d be taking action for medical negligence?

I assume that any work he had done, whether by us or anyone else, would have been subject to him signing a consent form where the potential side effects were clearly spelt out (I’ve had to sign a few of these) and which would remove the responsibility from the medical staff if they acted in good faith?

I dont get the negativety towards him, hes been injured / illness were not privvy to, and thinks the club were in someway to blame so now he wants away. Were getting some decent money for him and hes getting a new challenge. I hope it ends well for him and us with the money, not long since we sold a raw striker for good money and look what happened to both parties, heres hoping lightening strikes twice.

If he gets in a positive environment and gets coached up he can play at PL level.

We haven’t missed anything, we tried to sign him to a new contract but he thought he’d be better served elsewhere.

Good luck to him. He’s been mismanaged here ever since his debut. Loaning him out to Burton where he was doing well, and then recalling him and barely playing him. Then keeping him at the club in the promotion season and barely playing him rather than loaning him out for much needed game time and experience.

He can’t be that ‘crap’ if a progressive club like Bournemouth are signing him on a 4 year deal.
