One of the most self important players we’ve had in the recent era without much to back it up.

Mostly I think GLTTL when people leave but I won’t be following Jebbo’s career with any enthusiasm.
Yep. He's been a bit of a cock on social media since he's left.

He caused that flair up last weekend pulling Souttar down after ball.

Thankfully Soutts didn't slot him one but 'Jebknob' is a very annoying twat and he will get benched very quickly as he's not that good at football.

He'll finish up having a similar career to Jordan Slew

Glad this prick is out of our club.

Funny that he's posted this as if he's some sort of hard man. When it kicked off he slyly skulked off not wanting any of it.

Souttar would absolutely batter him and he knows it. He's got zero heart, the lanky streak of piss.

He's got the attributes to have a good career, but his personality (or lack of) and disproportionate ego will likely get in the way.

Thought he could have become a good player for us but it’s his life and decisions,he won’t be short of good money for a young kid,not bothered about him now really, good luck to him, nothing wrong with being a bit mardy and feisty as a forward player,it’s a pity he didn’t treat his employees a little better but not many know the real reasoning. 🤷🏻‍♂️

My mate knows his ex-landlady from when he was a scholar.

This is what he text me after the Watford game...

"He used to live across road from me and the woman there described him as a "twat". Worst footballer for attitude she's ever had stay. They're her words I'm glad he's pissed off somewhere else"

Proved himself a tool over the last year.

He really is hated. Never really understood it tbh. 21 year old footballers are not exactly likely to be humble cap doffers.

A player with potential who never did much for United, moved on for a small fee. Doesn't feel like one that should cause so much ire outside of matchdays 🤷‍♂️

On the other hand, I genuinely believe the vitriol poured onto him helped us secure the win last weekend so, you know, fuck him and the horse he rode in on.

Pretty amazing that over the last 12 months or so he has managed to erase any bit of sympathy we as supporters had for him. Following his injury issue that was probably no fault of his and our fans eager to see him back. He leads Wilder down the garden path on his contract and then leaves anyway. When Wilder came back he obviously was keen to put a lot right with Jebbo so I think he must feel quite let down by him. Jebbo somehow has also managed to fall out with most of the staff and players at the club since then to the point they wouldn't even shake his hand last week. That is something I have not seen happen for a while after a match. Is the cause of the ruckus during the Watford match and then follows it up a week later when everyone has moved on with that social media post.

Disappointing overall and the club have probably wasted a lot of time and effort trying to retain him. He is still young maybe he will grow up a bit as it seems like he has had his ego massaged too much by those closest to him.

Too many young players listen to the wrong voices in their ears. To they believe the hype….. yes he scored a goal against Everton a few years ago…but he has literally done nothing since then - albeit his injury / illness did not help him. I just think the player, his agent and the club could have handled this better. I don’t wish him any ill will - but sadly I think he has been very badly advised. He’s now at Watford fulfilling the exact same role he would have had here if he had stayed!! Madness apart from of course a juicy signing on fee & agent fee at Bournemouth!!!!

He’s been badly advised or wilfully stupid this summer.

He could have signed for us on favourable terms (contract length, release clause, etc) and all he would needed to do is put out some half-arsed sound bite about the “club being home” and “wanting to push on and repay faith” - that would have bought it a lot of good will, and patience from the fans, and I imagine he’d be getting similar treatment to Peck, Brooks, and the other homegrown young blades right now.

Instead he’s moved to a club miles from “home” where half of his new team mates won’t ever learn his name and will be treated according to his status, as one of many speculative punts; a scratch card.

Furthermore, he’s gone on loan to another championship club, where instead of loyalty and patience, there’s demands and expectations, with any bond built with supporters likely temporary and fleeting (if he builds any kind of rapport at all that is).

His summer decisions have seen him move from a club with an obvious striker shortage, in a familiar setting to a club synonymous with player/manager churn and general instability. Well done you plonker.
