phew. i thought we was recalling him from walsall. as i thought things arent that desperate yet

This would be an excellent signing as we could just give him the old James Wilsons shirt and thus save ourselves ruck loads of money in not reprinting new shirts

That would help us stay within FFP rules as well I would guess. :)

First saw him in a Hall tournament, for Man U, out here. An excellent footballer, very very skilful. Thought he was destined to be a superstar. Saw him on loan at Brighton, sometimes brilliant, sometimes shit. I would very much doubt if he fulfils 4 of Wilder's criteria, let alone 15. On form, in full flow, he is a very exciting player to watch.

Has he sorted his injury issues out?

He looked quite talent but didn’t pull up many trees the last time he went out.

That said would add some more pace upfront which I’m sure we’ll be looking to add in Jan.

I think it would be a good addition however the only thing unknown is if he buys into the Wilder philosophy

Remember him being touted as the best natural finisher since Michael Owen. But that was before his catalogue of injuries.
Would be horribly confusing if we got "our" James Wilson back though!

We could have James Wilson and Jake Wright at centre back, and James Wilson and Jake Wright up front

Just for the confusion that he would cause to the media...I'm in.

Daily Mail: "Sheffield United leading the queue to loan James Wilson form Manchester United".

Done a bit of research, 22 yrs, striker, prolific goal scorer for Man Utd's U23s, has 15 apps and 3 goals for there first team, had two loan spells at Brighton and Derby but his spell at Derby was cut short due to a bad injury after 4 games, returned from injury at the start of this season and has got back into prolific goal scoring form for Man Utds U23s.

Watched some highlights on YouTube, extremely quick and good on the ball, would be a good loan signing for us.

Wonder which other clubs are in the queue.

Blades in for United striker Wilson on loan
SIMON JONES:
Sheffield United are among the queue of clubs ready to take Manchester United's James Wilson on loan in January.

The striker was forced to return to the club after knee ligament injury cruelly cut short his season loan at Derby County last October 2016.

After a good rehabilitation, Wilson has built up his strength again and has been showing good form in United's U23s, scoring regularly.

Asked whether a loan move could be on the cards in the New Year, Wilson told MUTV: 'I don't see why not. Obviously, the summer transfer window has gone and there was a lot of interest. But the staff all came to an agreement that I would stay until January to build on what I've already worked for.

'So I think it's certainly a possibility. We'll just have to talk and have a few conversations with the manager and certain people around here. I'm not ruling it out but we'll come to an agreement over what needs to be done.

What happened to that left sided lad we had on loan from them ?

Pigs reckon they are in for him as well.

If anyone at Man United knows anything about both Sheffield clubs at the moment, they HAVE TO explain to him that we are the better fit.
