Seems odd to loan till jan in the summer window, why not a season long unless they’re looking to buy/wait out his contract?

Scottish season starts this weekend I think whereas EFL not til September - get more games in him? Plus we seem to have a strategy of trying loanees at one level then moving them on if they do well.

Only a couple a days ago, Kilmarnock signed Danny Rogers on a free.
Their season kicks off with a win against Hibernian this weekend.
Who'll be in goal?
Whoever it is won't be very busy :(

Bolton and Hull are in regions where a second lockdown will likely occur. Scotland have handled the pandemic much better and therefore may play some football. Coincidence?

I’d like Eastwood to come good, but he’s not exactly a young kid any more. At 23 he’s actually older than Henderson. I know that’s still relatively young for a keeper, but I don’t have high hopes that he’ll ever be our first choice in goal.

Quote Message: Jake Eastwood was a little bit too rash for the first goal but it wasn't as if it was a terrible handling error. Since then, he has made a couple of good saves, so I would imagine it's an injury. I would be very surprised if it's anything else.

I didn't know he was 23yr old, I guess he best be getting ready for a career in the lower leagues like George Long.

I hope Dewhurst makes it for us. It'll be interesting to see where he goes out on loan.

Eastwood made a couple of decent stops after his error.

No shame having a couple put past him by Martin Boyle, it happens to a lot of keepers up here, he is probably the best attacking player outside Glasgow just now. Stoke have been sniffing about apparently. We (Hibs) will be lucky to keep him.

Dewhurst put in a good performance this year at Guiseley on Non League day vs Altrincham, pulled off some top saves in a 1-1 draw.
