This isn't meant as an insult to either player but he is a technically better but less fit version of Monty, both were good at doing the simple stuff really well and often that goes under the radar. Bamford rightly will get the plaudits for goals scored but sometimes you just need players in there that can break up play and set-up the next phase, with a short pass being consistent and accurate. To be fair to Jairo, although he missed August-Mid October before he signed and missed the last few matches as not selected as not part of the plan, he still managed to play 25 times for us, if we can sign or have a formation which means we are rotating our DM's, we could be well covered there.
