Was puzzling to me how he even made it into their first team. Klarer and Neumann are solid defenders.
They lost almost every game with Robinson and it still took two red cards for their manager to finally see the light and drop him to the bench.

Danny Hall has just reported that its bollocks.
So, all the Wilder moaners will have to wait until we either lose or sign someone they dont like.
Who's been moaning about Wilder in this thread about this?

No mate.
'Just when you begin thinking Wilder might actually have turned a corner, he opts to do something completely braindead. Absolute moron' in other places though.

Goes without saying, but this is a bad idea. We should not sign an ex-defender that got by on passion and who let us down many times.

Leave it in the past.

Is he better than Mark McGuiness?
Bot( prone to similar mistakes, but mcguiness is ours, we paying him, is younger and seemingly getting better.
Nothing in signing a Robinson makes sense

Drop down the leagues is harsh, he could do a job for most bottom end championship teams still.

Nope, he is the wrong side of thirty and his recent games with Brum proved how easily he gets caught out.

I liked his passion, I liked his long throws (that usually came to nowt), I liked his decent slide tackles to get the crowd going. Although he should never have been a regular CB for this club.

The only good thing Selles achieved was getting rid of that prick

His on field attitude started to stink towards the end which did lend some credence to the rumours of his behaviour behind the scenes.

What is it he's actually supposed to have done, does anybody know?

But he would still get a game at Wednesday, Oxford, Portsmouth, Swansea, Norwich probably us at times. I dont rate him at all, I also agree he's past his best & past competing at the top but dropping down the leagues seems a bit dramatic.

I don't think he is decent enough for a low end Championship club as he is on the decline.

I couldn't tell you the quality of their first choice CB partnerships but he might. But he would still make mistakes just like he did for us and Birmingham
