Still living off the glory years of 2016-2020
The game has moved on, the football was a hard watch last year, and even more so this.

This will probably be the worst decision he could have ever made, coming back for a third time, trying to recreate the glory days.

The party is over, the owners haven't the first idea. I fear, Wilder will end up taking us back to where he found us in 2016.

The players haven't got the stomach, passion, fight or bottle for a relegation battle, I hope I'm wrong, but I can't see anything other than relegation this season.

Give up pal.

He’s inherited Ruben’s panic buys and it’s clear most aren’t good enough Barry, Bindon, Ogbene, mcguinness, mee etc
I do think we’d have had a better squad at the start or the season if we hadn’t rolled the dice and replaced him and I’m not wilders biggest fan.
The insistence on starting Peck week in week out is really frustrating me though, for me he offers very little other than trying hard.

Be careful pal everyone will be calling you a pig or sending you gifs soon for taking complete sense.
The same people having a pop at fans criticising Peck (or Wilder) tend to be the ones who shy away from having an opinion on the currently misfiring Cannon. Funny that.

Peck isn’t useless or “the worst midfielder l’ve ever seen in United shirt” btw. Far from it. In fact l’d wager this half baked holding role he’s been given has restricted his development here.

Get a grip man

We are unable to cope with any sort of lead. This is a Wilder problem. We are incapable of controlling games and continuing to dominate them once we are ahead. We just fade and sink deeper and deeper. Reminds me of last season.
Bravo, sir. Nail on the head. We simply cannot handle the pressure, and inevitably crumble or at best, hang on by the skin of our ball sacks. I'm by no means a wilder hater and wanted him back, but you are right that this is becoming a recurring theme.

The reason peck is picked every week and played in that role is because we’ve got no bugger else with Davies and Arblaster never fit and Matos being crap.

Wowser, start of the 3 game week we would have snapped your hand off for 6 points. Tonight was frustrating, annoying and we had enough to win the game.
Work in progress but let's not shit the bed just yet. Remember the first 7 games of this season!
UTB
It’s the manner of defeat tonight. Reminiscent of bad week the end of last season.

It’s like the Villa game never happened!

You must be a pig fan. No self respecting Blades fan would write such hateful unwarranted drivel.

Mmm, it will be very difficult to stay up with a 12 pt deduction. Ah well better luck next year.

We have a bloated squad, but the overall standard of the squad isn't good enough.

GK out of form and no competition.

CB not all performing well simultaneously

Wing backs not energetic enough

No goals from midfield. I like Peck but he needs a rest.

Uo front no competition for our only decent striker who can't run for more than 50 minutes

I think we've enough in the locker to stay up, but the squad needs a lot of trading in January.

Hard team to love this one, and at the moment I'm pretty meh about all of them. Including the manager.

Not to be a Selles apologist, but I’m pretty sure the ones that were actually ‘panic buys’ are all the exact sort of players that Wilder would have signed anyway.
