This is getting ridiculous the board need to keep the fans informed about the new manager. It’s been a long time now that we have been in limbo and so have the players
The board must have some idea of what the hell is happening and they need to stop treating the fans like this.
Lack of information is hurting the club
So do we really have to wait until the end of the season it’s ridiculous and their actions are no better than the so called big six

Its not really hurting the club is it when we are already destined for the Championship. Dont mind if they take their time as long as the right decision in the end.

Lets face it when did Sheffield United every do anything the same as other clubs.

....and about 5 identical threads asking the same question.
I’m again not sure what entitlement the fans have to be on the inside of this decision. Although someone the other day was mocking them undertaking due diligence, but I guess they’re probably the same guys who are sick of experts. We’ll know when it’s announced, currently there is zero benefit informing us because there’s too many variables to work through. The fans posting this stuff need to stop being so needy and entitled.

For those desperate for news and updates. Doesn't the lack of an announcement suggest that the choice made is still in a job elsewhere? Does that then rule out Hecky, who could just be announced now?

The board can't be worried about another club coming in for one of the chosen 5 on the shortlist .
